Exposure: Subscribers are listed in the Beeline Supplier Directory used by and promoted to over 400 Beeline clients and MSP partners. Suppliers with at least one active Beeline client connection are designated as "Verified" in the directory. This designation assures clients that you are familiar with working in VMS/MSP programs. Directory Only: Best for suppliers that want to be searchable by Beeline clients.

Starter: Best for suppliers with less than 10 clients using a Beeline VMS (Beeline Enterprise or Beeline Professional).

Essential: Best for suppliers with 10 or more clients using a Beeline VMS (Beeline Enterprise or Beeline Professional).

Ultimate: Best for suppliers managing more than 25 clients or with very high candidate volume.

Yes. You can either:

1. Give each operating company its own account (most common)

2. Put multiple operating companies under one account

Choose option 1, where each operating company has its own account, if:

- Each operating company has its own ATS

- You want each operating company to manage its own subscription

- You want to keep job and candidate data completely separate

With this setup, data never overlaps — Operating Company A won’t see anything from Operating Company B.

Choose option 2, where multiple operating companies share one account, if:

- All operating companies use the same ATS

- Or, you have middleware that handles routing to different ATSs

- You want to pay for and manage only one subscription

With this setup, job and candidate data are combined in the interface and APIs. Users can view data from all operating companies associated with that account (unless logins are restricted).

Which option is better?

Most suppliers choose separate accounts because it keeps data clean and avoids accidental visibility between operating companies. A shared account works best if your ATS setup already combines data.

Getting started is easy!

Step 1: Sign Up for the plan that best fits your organization’s needs. For most suppliers, the ESSENTIAL plan is the best starting point.

Step 2: You will receive a welcome letter which will include instructions for attending Technical Orientation, setting up your directory profile, creating your Beeline Supplier Network account, and generating your secure credentials for using APIs.

Step 3: Configure your integration with your ATS (most ATSs can do this for you once you provide them with your credentials) and start saving time and money!

Yes. All subscriptions are billed annually and may be canceled with a 60-day notice before renewal. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, your subscription will automatically renew for another year. See Beeline’s Terms of Service for specific cancellation terms.

Utilizing these features of your ATS puts you at risk of non-compliance with your customers' security policies and your Beeline Supplier Access Agreement. VMS security upgrades and user interface changes disable or disrupt unauthorized use of credentials.
