Administrators can configure workspace templates for different recruiter roles, pre-pin web applications to the sidebar, manage an AI prompt library with pre-built recruiting prompts, control which AI models are available to users, set data handling policies, and manage user permissions. This means recruiters get a fully configured workspace from day one.

Is my data secure?
Yes. Recruiter Workspace uses enterprise-grade security practices. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Authentication is handled through Beeline’s standard login system, managed by Beeline using Auth0. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only and requires multi-factor authentication.
